Job summary

twentysix is looking for a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst to oversee quality assurance for a native mobile application. This role involves designing test cases, conducting testing, and maintaining automation frameworks to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end testing, validating data integrity, and collaborating closely with design and engineering teams. The successful candidate will have experience in mobile application testing and a keen eye for detail, with an emphasis on defining quality standards.

Qualifications

• A track record of leading QA on native mobile applications.
• Deep familiarity with frontend testing for mobile: UI behavior, state transitions, navigation flows.
• Hands-on experience testing native commerce flows.
• Experience testing scheduling or appointment-based functionality.
• Comfort working with a visual regression automation suite (Appium framework).
• Strong test case design skills.
• Experience working closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Clear, efficient defect communication.
• Familiarity with mobile testing tools and device management practices.
• An interest in mentorship and practice development.
• Colombia-based with availability to collaborate across time zones.
• English level (B2-C1) required.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for new features and sprint tickets.
• Lead end-to-end and regression testing.
• Design test scenarios for commerce and scheduling flows.
• Validate data integrity across transactions.
• Perform testing across multiple devices, OS versions, and network conditions.
• Identify, document, and track defects.
• Contribute to and maintain automation test suites.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and BA.
• Drive test strategy improvements.
• Ensure test suite reliability and quality standards.
