Job summary

AgileEngine in Dallas, TX is seeking a Middle/Senior MLOps Engineer to own the lifecycle from experimentation to production deployment, building infrastructure, pipelines, and automation for scalable model serving.

You will implement production monitoring, drift detection, experiment tracking, and model versioning while managing cloud environments and GPU resources for cost-effective scalability. This role is onsite in Dallas, requiring collaboration with data scientists and AI researchers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in MLOps, DevOps, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• US-based engineers must reside in Dallas, TX and be onsite
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US; no visa sponsorship available
• Hands-on experience with experiment tracking, model registry/versioning, drift detection, and production monitoring
• Strong cloud experience and GPU compute resource management
• Understanding of containers and robust CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle from experimentation to production deployment.
• Build, maintain, and scale infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD workflows.
• Implement production monitoring, dashboards, and drift detection.
• Manage experiment tracking and model versioning for reproducibility.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate models to production.
• Manage cloud environments and GPU resources for scalable, cost-effective systems.
