AgileEngine, LLC. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Middle/Senior MLOps Engineer to own the full lifecycle from AI/ML experimentation to production deployment.

You will build and maintain the infrastructure, pipelines, and automation for scalable model deployment, manage cloud environments and GPU resources, and collaborate with data scientists to translate experiments into production-ready solutions. Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in MLOps, DevOps, Data Engineering, ML, or Software Eng.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• US-based onsite work experience; reside in Dallas, TX.
• Hands-on experience with experiment tracking, model registry/versioning, drift detection, and production monitoring.
• Strong experience navigating cloud environments and managing GPU compute resources.
• Deep understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete lifecycle transition from AI/ML experimentation to reliable production deployment.
• Build, maintain, and scale infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD workflows for rapid model deployment.
• Implement production monitoring, dashboards, and drift detection to ensure model accuracy and reliability.
• Manage experiment tracking and model versioning for reproducibility and traceability in production.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI researchers to translate experiments into production-ready solutions.
• Manage cloud environments and GPU resources for scalable, cost-efficient operations.
