Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to join our remote-first team across the United States. You will design and build tools to accelerate the Model Development Life Cycle (MDLC), automate ML workflows, and improve system performance across client projects.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of programming and ML experience, with PyTorch, ONNX, and DeepSpeed, plus hands-on Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, and cloud provider familiarity (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with an object-oriented programming language (Python, Go, etc.).
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong CS fundamentals including data structures and algorithms.
• Proven problem-solving ability and collaboration with peers, stakeholders and management.
• Industry experience with machine learning teams.
• Working knowledge of ML frameworks such as PyTorch, ONNX, DeepSpeed.
• Experience with cloud-native tech like Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Buildpacks.
• Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Track record of collaborating to achieve high-quality, repeatable outcomes.
