Leadling is actively seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers to increase earnings, scale nationally, and gain full control of their business with a National Mortgage Lender. This is a fully remote opportunity with access to 300+ lenders nationwide and a 100% commission structure.

Ideal candidates are active LOs, self-sourced producers, branches managers or team leads who want higher compensation, more flexibility, and a platform to operate like an independent business owner.

Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Officer with current license.
• Self-sourced producer or branch leadership experience.
• Desire to scale business with national lenders.
