Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking an ML Ops Engineer to partner with a data science team, moving Bridg’s identity resolution model from notebooks into monitored, automated production. You will build pipelines, tune Spark jobs, wire CI/CD, and keep the system well tested and documented.

We operate on AWS and Snowflake with Spark, Python, MLflow, and related tooling. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience building production data or ML systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data science to build production-ready ML/data pipelines and observability.
• Maintain and improve pipelines, tests, and CI/CD for ML workflows.
• Wring up Spark jobs, deploy in CI/CD, and document systems for reliability at scale.
