Qualifications

• At least 3 years of engineering management experience.
• Prior experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or equivalent.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to design and measure user experiences.
• Comfort with quarterly planning and multi-year vision.
• Empathetic to customer needs with strategic focus.
