StackAdapt is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our Data Science team. You will design real-time data pipelines, implement ML algorithms, and work with microservices running training, inference, and monitoring on thousands of models.

The team collaborates closely with Applied ML Scientists and CTO/Co-Founder to optimize our advertising platform. The role emphasizes solving complex problems with a distributed, low-latency ML stack and offers a remote-first environment with opportunities

Qualifications

• Have the ability to take an ambiguously defined task, and break it down into actionable steps.
• Deep understanding of algorithm and software design, concurrency, and data structures.
• Experience implementing probabilistic or machine learning algorithms.
• Interest in designing scalable distributed systems.
• High GPA from a well‑respected Computer Science program.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design modular and scalable real time data pipelines to handle huge datasets
• Understand and implement custom ML algorithms in a low latency environment
• Work on microservice architectures that run training, inference, and monitoring on thousands of ML models concurrently
