Tech Holding is seeking a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer for a remote, project-based assignment to help build an AI-powered risk intelligence platform. You will design, train, and deploy NLP and LLM-based models handling large multilingual data.

You will collaborate with data and backend engineers and product stakeholders to deliver scalable, monitored services with clear latency and cost targets, while evaluating bias and drift over time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building production ML models.
• Strong Python and ML framework experience.
• Experience with LLMs and prompt design.
• Experience with embeddings and vector search.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent communication in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy ML models for text classification and NLP tasks.
• Build LLM-powered features, including RAG and prompt design.
• Develop embedding and semantic search pipelines.
• Productionize models as scalable services with monitoring.
• Create evaluation datasets and monitor model drift.
• Collaborate with data engineers on data pipelines.
• Monitor and retrain models in production.
• Document approaches and communicate trade-offs.
