Job summary

We seek a Machine Learning engineer to scope, build, deploy, and maintain models analyzing brain signals for sleep, neurological, and psychiatric therapy development.

You will collaborate with data scientists, neuroscientists, engineers, and clinicians to deliver end-to-end ML solutions, emphasizing modular, well-documented code, testing, and scalable

Qualifications

• 4+ years industry experience in ML/DL, preferably in health sciences or regulated fields.
• Experience deploying algorithms to production.
• Familiarity with DSP and statistics.
• Ability to distill complex topics for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the biosignal-based algorithm development lifecycle from scoping to production.
• Choose and develop the best method for each problem, applying deep learning when appropriate.
• Enhance internal ML tools and introduce new architectures for rapid experimentation.
• Ensure implementations are well-documented, tested, and version-controlled with CI and non-regression tests.
• Present results to stakeholders and assist clients in leveraging algorithms.
• Support client projects to shape the impact of Beacon algorithms.
