Job summary

Wordbricks is seeking an ML, Data & Training engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area to own the full path from raw data to trained models. This role involves data collection, curation, training, and evaluation to shape what our models learn.

You will build pipelines, curate datasets, and train or fine-tune models, including LLMs. Collaboration with product and engineering will translate model improvements into user-visible wins.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ML engineering or data engineering
• Hands-on training or fine-tuning of models (LLMs a plus)
• Strong Python and data tooling skills
• You care deeply about data quality and can prove it

Responsibilities

• Build and run data collection and labeling pipelines
• Own dataset curation, quality, and versioning
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate the models behind our products
• Work with product and engineering to turn model improvements into user-visible wins
