Job summary

Félix is seeking a highly technical Machine Learning Data Engineer to build foundational data infrastructure powering our LLMs and autonomous AI agents. You will orchestrate real-time telemetry and design pipelines to train and refine models with high-quality, diverse data.

Responsibilities include scalable automated pipelines, realistic data generation, and strong DevOps collaboration to enable CI/CD for model updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or MLOps.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and advanced SQL.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and open-source models (Hugging Face, Llama) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen).
• Proven experience with prompt engineering and synthetic data generation/validation.
• Strong experience with workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience with scalable cloud infrastructure (GCP) and distributed data processing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automated data pipelines for LLM fine-tuning (SFT, RLHF, DPO).
• Develop telemetry, sampling systems to ingest real-time production data and benchmark LLMs/agents.
• Scale synthetic data generation workflows to augment training data and cover edge cases.
• Implement automated data quality checks, deduplication, and toxicity filtering for model training data.
• Collaborate with ML researchers and DevOps to CI/CD data pipelines for model updates.
• Manage data flows into vector databases to support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for agentic workflows.
