DecisionPoint is seeking a Mission Liaison / Requirements Analyst to support accession-processing requirements for DHA, DMDC, and other DoD stakeholders for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. The role translates mission needs into actionable software requirements and maintains traceability throughout the lifecycle.

You will elicit and document requirements, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, and assist with sprint demos, UAT, training, and user guidance.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or higher
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or a related field
• Six years of relevant professional experience
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, and maintaining business or system requirements
• Experience developing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience maintaining requirements traceability across the software-development lifecycle
• Experience working with mission stakeholders, users, developers, testers, trainers, and other cross-functional delivery personnel
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate operational needs and business rules into clear, testable requirements
• Ability to support backlog refinement, sprint demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and feedback triage
• Ability to develop clear process documentation, requirements artifacts, user guidance, and stakeholder communications
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple requirements

Responsabilités

• Engage DHA, DMDC, USMEPCOM and other Government stakeholders to understand needs, workflows, constraints, and business rules
• Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and maintain functional and mission requirements
• Translate operational needs and agency requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, testers, and trainers to clarify requirements
• Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix and ensure traceability across artifacts
• Support backlog refinement and assess user stories for clarity and readiness
• Identify conflicting agency requirements, workflow gaps, risks, and decisions
• Coordinate requirements and business rules that affect data exchanges and interagency workflows
• Support sprint planning, reviews, demonstrations, retrospectives, and other Agile activities
• Prepare mission stakeholders and users for sprint demonstrations and capability reviews
• Capture demonstration feedback and translate approved changes into requirements or backlog items
• Support user acceptance testing by developing acceptance criteria and coordinating participation
• Triage user feedback, defects, enhancements, and operational concerns with teams
• Verify delivered capabilities satisfy approved requirements and acceptance criteria
• Update user guides, job aids, training materials, release notes, and user-facing documentation
• Coordinate with training to reflect released functionality
• Assist with release-readiness activities and communications to agencies and stakeholders
• Prepare meeting materials, briefings, decision papers, workflow documentation, and status reports
• Maintain organized requirements artifacts in government-approved repositories
• Support continuous improvement of requirements-management and interagency coordination
