Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in mining, construction, or heavy civil environments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs; climb ladders and work at heights.
• Work outdoors in varying weather; comply with safety policies and regulations.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; valid driver’s license; willing to undergo drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, execution, and closeout of construction projects across mine sites.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assist in quality control checks to ensure alignment, level, and specification requirements.
• Material handling, site clean-up, and basic rigging as needed.
• Document daily work progress, issues, and site observations accurately.
• Operate heavy equipment: excavator, dozer, skid steer, backhoe, and loader.
• Commitment to safety in all aspects of work.
