Job summary

EQT Corporation seeks a Sr/Lead/Principal Fundamentals Analyst to support Midwest natural gas trading, storage, and commercial activities. You will research, forecast, and analyze fundamentals across the region, focusing on supply-demand balances, weather-sensitive demand, and basis markets.

You will develop actionable market insights for trading decisions, storage optimization, and executive strategy, communicating results to trading, commercial, and leadership teams while working independently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, finance, data science, business, or related field.
Advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Midwest natural gas supply-demand balance models.
Monitor pipeline operations, storage utilization, and regional flows.
Analyze demand across Midwest industries and identify structural changes.
Assess basis relationships and market connectivity for trading opportunities.
Create dashboards and reports communicating market forecasts and insights.
