Portside, a cloud-based software provider for the aviation industry, seeks a Customer Success Manager to own a mid-market book with a digitally led motion and automation-driven onboarding, renewal, and expansion.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support, using health and usage data to prioritize engagements and resolve escalations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SaaS customer success and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role, with mid-market book experience
• Experience using automation to scale customer success workflows
• Strong analytics to interpret health signals and drive decisions
• Excellent communication and ability to lead trainings/webinars
• Comfort collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing and Support

Responsabilités

• Own a mid-market book and drive onboarding, cadence, renewal and expansion.
• Run automated journeys for onboarding, reviews, and escalations.
• Lead health reviews using usage data and risk signals.
• Deliver quarterly trainings and maintain knowledge base aligned with product releases.
• Oversee 120-day renewal outreach and coordinate with Sales to protect renewals.
• Pass qualified opportunities to Sales and support self-service onboarding for new products.
