  • Analyze exposure, risk appetite, premiums, and loss data for underwriting decisions.
  • Develop agency relationships and educate agents on EMC products.
  • Visit agencies, discuss accounts, and identify opportunities or barriers.
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver superior agent experience.
  • Explain acceptance/rejection decisions to agents and gather feedback.
  • Coordinate agency planning with marketing and regional management.
  • Serve as a technical resource, mentor junior underwriters.
  • Research industry changes, competition, and new products.
