Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience
• 5+ years in BI/Application leadership or MicroStrategy administration/development
• Experience with MicroStrategy architecture, schema design, dashboard/report development, performance tuning
• Familiarity with HIPAA and secure handling of PHI/PII; knowledge of federal security controls
• Experience coordinating cross-vendor development and integration activities

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, optimization, and operational readiness of the MicroStrategy environment
• Oversee planning, enhancement, and operational oversight of the MicroStrategy ecosystem supporting core services
• Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, QA, and vendors to ensure a secure, compliant analytics platform
• Drive modernization initiatives within MicroStrategy and ensure system reliability
• Apply BI best practices, cloud services, APIs, and DevSecOps methods to improve performance
