Qualifications

• PharmD or PhD in life sciences or equivalent clinical degree required.
• 6+ years of field medical experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of clinical, regulatory and commercial interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and translate national strategies into regional MSL plans.
• Lead field medical strategy, education, and compliant scientific engagement.
• Oversee field medical activities, ensuring alignment with MA strategy and regulations.
• Mentor and develop regional MSL team; manage performance and growth.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Commercial and other stakeholders to advance programs.
