Toolio is seeking a Merchandising Solution Consultant to guide customers through full implementations—from discovery and design to configuration, onboarding, and training. You will lead workshops, demos, and adoption plans while helping shape product and best practices for a growing retail tech platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Planning or Merchandising with strong Open-to-Buy, Assortment Planning and Allocation concepts.
• Thrives in collaborative, customer-facing work and brings energy to conversations and relationships.
• Confident presenting planning concepts to stakeholders at all levels and tailoring messages.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in the Toolio platform and roadmap, offering recommendations.
• Lead discovery and solution design workshops translating goals into scalable workflows.
• Deliver train-the-trainer sessions to empower customer teams.
• Guide customers through implementation to steady state with strong adoption.
• Conduct product demos and provide strategic insights leveraging merchandising expertise.
• Stay current on industry trends to advise clients and evolve implementation strategies.
