Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Merchandise Admin to support merchandising operations, data entry, and PO management. This remote role may require on-site presence at our West Chester, PA location as needed, with residency in PA, NJ, or DE.

You will create items, manage data uploads, ensure promotional pricing accuracy, and collaborate across teams to resolve time-sensitive requests while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Retail or Customer Service.
• Degree in relevant field preferred (e.g., Merchandising, Buying, Customer Experience).

Responsibilities

• Create items and purchase orders; perform data entry.
• Manage product data uploads and maintain PO accuracy.
• Execute promotional pricing within deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to respond to requests and share updates.
• Work independently or in a team, adapting to needs of each task.
• Provide troubleshooting and support to Omni-Buying and buyers.
