Spring Health is applying a tech-enabled, AI-assisted platform to deliver psychotherapy nationwide. Therapists provide care via telehealth or hybrid formats, treating adults (and potentially children/adolescents) with a range of sessions.

Clinicians manage schedules, document notes in the EHR, and collaborate with dedicated support teams to ensure high-quality mental health care while working remotely from anywhere in the US.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Ohio.
• NPI number (individual provider).
• Active malpractice insurance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mental health.
• Proficient with telehealth and Zoom.
• Experience with CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
• Ability to manage online calendar and documentation.
• Comfort with risk assessment and safety planning.
• Ability to work independently with team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy via telehealth with coverage including short-term EAP to extended sessions.
• Treat adults; may include children/adolescents/couples.
• Maintain calendar and complete notes in the EHR.
• Collaborate with provider support, care navigation, and administrative teams.
• Deliver culturally competent care honoring diversity and inclusion.
