Job summary

CVS Health is seeking licensed therapists to provide remote psychosocial support and therapy for patients 13 and older. A Master’s degree in social work or counseling and an active LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT license are required, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.

Qualifications

• Current, active state license as LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT; willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
• Strong diagnostic, care coordination, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills using evidence-based methods such as motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy and CBT.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and education to address mental wellbeing (ages 13+).
• Deliver therapy remotely via telehealth platforms.
• Collaborate with clinical care team to coordinate patient care.
• Support patients across communities with evidence-based care.
