Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. You will provide weekly video-based sessions, collaborate with a clinical team, and participate in specialized care tracks such as Suicide Prevention and Teen Therapy.

Qualifications

• Licensed remote mental health therapists with an active independent license (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/LPC/LCPC/LICSW/LISW/LICSW/PhD, etc.).
• 2+ years of CBT and other evidence-based therapies for adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Willingness to commit to a minimum of 9 hours per week across at least 2 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply CBT and evidence-based approaches; other modalities welcome.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
