Job summary

CVS Health's Minute Clinic seeks licensed therapists to deliver remote psychosocial care to patients 13 years and older. This 20-40 hour/week role requires licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT) and willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed, supported by a clinical care team.

You will provide evidence-based counseling, develop treatment plans, and help patients across communities with flexible telehealth delivery.

Qualifications

• Active state license as LCSW, LPC, LMHC or LMFT in one or more states.
• Completed master's degree from an accredited program.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide teletherapy to patients aged 13+ in a fully remote role.
• Collaborate with clinical care team to support psychosocial wellbeing.
• Utilize evidence-based methods including motivational interviewing and CBT.
• Document care in electronic health records and coordinate care.
