Job summary

Brave Health is seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to join our telehealth team and provide outpatient mental health services remotely. We offer W2 employment, base salary plus bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm CDT, with privacy requirements for HIPAA. Fluency in English, Spanish preferred, and experience with telehealth technology are assets.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist per state requirements.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and HIPAA-compliant tools.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
• Experience with treatment planning and helping clients achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their goals.
