Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of behavioral health concepts and treatment methods.
• Comfortable using telehealth solutions for patient care.
• Capable of navigating 5+ systems during a shift to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• Respond to assessment requests in serviced facilities.
• Coordinate with PLC staff and physicians for comprehensive evaluations.
• Ensure confidentiality, EMTALA/HIPAA compliance, and timely communication.
• Document safety planning and risk assessments in the patient’s EHR.
• Engage remotely with patients via tele-video platforms.
