Summit West Solutions is seeking a Mental Health Counselor for a fully remote position in the United States. This full-time role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $107,043 and remains open until 2026-11-23.

You will provide counseling services, conduct individual and group sessions, and collaborate with HR to support employee well-being. Requirements include a master's degree in counseling or related field, LPC or NCC certification, and at least 2 years of experience.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or National Certified Counselor (NCC) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Experience with mental health programs and initiatives.
• Understanding of the tech industry and its unique challenges.
