Job summary
Lyra Health, a leading provider of mental health solutions, seeks a remote contracted Mental Health Coach to deliver short-term, evidence-based coaching to adults online. You will participate in training, provide empathetic coaching, share assessments between sessions, and collaborate with Lyra’s clinical team to ensure thoughtful, effective care.
Qualified applicants hold a bachelor's degree or 10+ years' experience, an established coaching credential (ICF/AC/EMCC/CCIL), and at least 100
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Credentialed by recognized coaching bodies (ICF/AC/EMCC/CCIL).
- Minimum coaching practice hours post-certification with adults.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote short-term, evidence-based coaching sessions with adults.
- Participate in training and adhere to Lyra’s coaching model.
- Share assessments between sessions and monitor client progress.
- Engage in ongoing clinical consultation with Lyra’s clinical team.
- Maintain quality standards and professional conduct.
