Job summary

Hone Health is seeking physicians to join our telemedicine team, offering 100% remote work and a flexible schedule. You will diagnose and manage hypogonadism, titrate testosterone and related therapies, and guide patients through labs and treatment plans from anywhere in the United States.

Ideal candidates are MDs or DOs with active licenses (multi-state preferred), at least 2 years in hormone-related fields, and a strong commitment to holistic care beyond testosterone alone.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active license; multi-state licenses preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in endocrinology, urology, family medicine, or hormone therapy.
• DEA license with authority to prescribe Schedule III medications.
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered care.
• Comfort with technology and telemedicine workflows.
• Availability for at least 8 hours per week.
• Prescribing philosophy focused on holistic hormone optimization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct video-based consultations from anywhere.
• Review labs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and titrate medications based on findings.
• Educate patients on safe hormone optimization.
• Provide feedback to improve the patient experience.
