Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active license; multi-state licenses preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Endocrinology, Urology, Family Medicine, or Hormone Therapy.
• DEA license with authority to prescribe Schedule III medications.
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered care.
• Comfort with technology and telemedicine workflows.
• Availability for at least 8 hours per week.
• Prescribing philosophy emphasizes holistic care and hormone optimization.
