The role requires cross-functional collaboration across clinical, operational, financial, and technical domains and entails travel for Go-Live support. A strong background in account management and healthcare IT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success Management preferred.
• Excellent communication, listening and questioning skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with member executives and stakeholders to ensure service delivery and satisfaction.
• Lead, organize, and facilitate recurring member check-ins, site visits, and meetings with follow-up.
