Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy required.
• Experience in managed care, patient access, or specialty preferred.
• Hospital, ambulatory, and community pharmacists transitioning welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assist prescribers and patients through prior-authorizations and coverage.
• Identify eligibility for manufacturer assistance programs and co-pay support.
• Coordinate with providers, case managers, and payers to obtain timely approvals.
• Educate patients and staff on insurance coverage, financial resources, and access options.
• Track outcomes and continuously improve processes that reduce barriers to care.
