Job summary

This field-based role requires substantial travel and collaboration with regional leadership to shape medical strategy.

The candidate will build relationships, expand awareness of therapies, and support investigator-initiated research while maintaining strict compliance and scientific rigor.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD/PhD/PharmD) required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharma/biotech experience.
• Therapeutic area experience in rare diseases, epilepsy, neurology, or psychiatry.
• Demonstrated expertise in communicating complex scientific and medical information.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and develops relationships with national and regional medical and scientific thought leaders and centers of excellence.
• Engages leaders to discuss research, medical information, and education about therapies.
• Provides research trial site support and investigator-initiated research facilitation.
• Develops clinical and therapeutic expertise for Acadia's portfolio.
• Collaborates with Regional Business Leaders and ABMs while following compliance guidelines.
• Provides strategic field insights and supports medical information delivery.
• Represents the company at continuing education events and medical meetings.
