Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Medical Science Liaison for the Pulmonary therapeutic area in the Southeast region, with a remote work setup. You will serve as a trusted scientific partner to Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare providers, generating insights to inform medical strategy and product development.

The role requires an advanced life sciences degree (MD/PhD/PharmD) or equivalent, and prior pharma experience. Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional collaboration are

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a technical, scientific or medical field (MD, PhD, PharmD) preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Clear understanding of medical practice, clinical decision making and healthcare systems.
• Ability to interpret key scientific data and translate into educational and research needs.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary teams and managing significant project volume.

Responsibilities

• Engage as trusted scientific partner to KOLs and healthcare providers.
• Generate and share insights to strengthen scientific messages and product development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic areas and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial Ops to support strategy.
• Identify data collection opportunities and assist with ISS submissions.
• Represent Sanofi at scientific congresses and organize educational meetings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in governance processes.
