Job summary

Grifols is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison to cover the Northeast region from New York to Vermont in a fully remote capacity. The role emphasizes building relationships with key opinion leaders, translating scientific data, and supporting launches with nonpromotional education.

Ideal candidates hold an advanced scientific degree (PharmD/MD/PhD or master's in nursing) and have 2+ years of related clinical, academic, or industry experience.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the Northeast territory (NY, CT, NJ, RI, MA, VT, NH, ME).
• Advanced degree in a scientific field (PharmD/MD/PhD or advanced/master’s nursing).
• Typically requires at least two years of related experience in clinical practice, academia, or the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain collaborative relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through scientific exchange.
• Engage in one-on-one scientific discussions with therapeutic area experts to gather clinical insights.
• Support the recent launch through continued nonpromotional scientific education.
• Maintain knowledge of literature, guidelines, and standards of care in the therapeutic area and region.
• Serve as a scientific resource to leading academicians and researchers with complex medical information.
• Act as a liaison for investigators interested in investigator-initiated research protocols.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with medical congresses, advisory boards, and clinical trial sites.
• Conduct formal scientific presentations for healthcare audiences upon request.
• Represent Grifols Medical Affairs and communicate scientific priorities and drug development activities.
