Qualifications

• Licensed Nevada attorney required.
• 1–4 years of associate experience in civil litigation preferred.
• Experience with medical malpractice defense is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and motions.
• Manage discovery and document production.
• Work with expert witnesses.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Assist in trial preparation and trial.
