Job summary

Interpreter Training Programs seeks professional healthcare interpreters to deliver remote, telephone, and VRI interpretations for LEP patients nationwide. The role supports Washington state cases and related jurisdictions, requiring high proficiency in English and at least one target language, plus ability to obtain required certifications and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide remote interpretation services via VRI, OPI, and phone.
• Proficient in English and target language with ILR 2+ or higher.
• Able to pass background checks and regulatory verifications.
• Willing to work across MSAs and states as needed.
• Experience with healthcare environments and injury/crime-related contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled and on-demand interpretation in person, by phone, or via VRI.
• Interpret between medical providers and injured workers or crime victims.
• Maintain tone, pace, and register appropriate for medical settings.
• Adhere to privacy, security, and client-specific protocols.
