Job summary

Protouch Staffing invites a Medical Director (Utilization Management) to join our remote team, leading clinical excellence, quality outcomes, and value-based care initiatives across the network. This full-time role partners with providers, care management, and operations to optimize resources.

You will oversee utilization management, care coordination, and provider relations, while ensuring regulatory compliance and population health strategies.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active and unrestricted medical license.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Board certification in a medical specialty.
• Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster provider engagement across the network and care management teams.
