International Consulting Associates, Inc. in the D.C./Metro area is seeking a Medical Device Workflow & Validation Lead to represent reviewer perspectives across our document intelligence platform.

You will translate reviewer needs into clear requirements, validate features, and lead client demonstrations and user acceptance outcomes. This role focuses on ensuring alerts, evidence, and workflows deliver real value without reviewer burden, while collaborating with product, engineering, data

Qualifications

• Experience as a medical-device reviewer or in regulatory review related fields.
• Ability to translate complex domain needs into testable product requirements.
• Experience conducting user acceptance testing or software validation.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States with potential eligibility for a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with client reviewers and establish feedback processes.
• Lead discovery and validation sessions using prototypes and working software.
• Translate reviewer needs into workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Validate requirements and workflows before development begins.
• Lead client demonstrations, UAT, and capture feedback for signoff.
• Maintain traceability from client needs through requirements and approvals.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and leadership teams.
