Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to facilitate its centralized verification program and serve as the primary liaison for hospitals, providers and network members regarding credentialing services.

The position is fully remote with standard Monday–Friday business hours; no holidays or weekends. Requires knowledge of credentialing standards and strong attention to detail, with ongoing regulatory compliance across TJC/NCQA guidelines.

• Requires effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Primary Source Verification with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review and ensure accuracy of provider information in credentialing software.
• Communicate with sources to obtain applications.
• Process initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications.
