Conduent is seeking a Medical Benefits Review Services Associate II to provide analytical support related to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial claim overpayments in a fully remote environment. You will review paid, adjusted, and offset claims and document findings in client and related systems.

The ideal candidate has data entry experience, familiarity with medical terminology, and the ability to work independently with a remote team.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Experience with data entry / medical claims data entry processing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare eligibility processes
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team

Responsibilities

• Review of paid claims, adjusted claims, and offset claims in the client system.
• Documents findings from the client system in the related systems.
