Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • CPR-Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider.
  • 3+ years of experience in a medical office.
  • Prior experience in a physician’s office or customer service environment.
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent training demonstrating MA III competencies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Access Service Team by responding to online inquiries and calls.
  • Coordinate patient care with physicians, care teams, and medical practices across the Baystate Health system.
  • Blend clinical knowledge with administrative tasks to ensure a seamless healthcare experience.
  • Support the prescription refill line and maintain timely access to care.
