Job summary

Humana Healthy Horizons is seeking a Compliance Professional focused on Medicaid state reporting. You will coordinate, review, and submit required Medicaid state reports, partnering with market leaders and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Remote work is available for eastern or central time zones in the contiguous US. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in healthcare/insurance/regulatory spaces and 3+ years in compliance or project/process management,

Qualifications

• Must reside in eastern or central time zones within the contiguous United States.
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years healthcare industry, insurance services and/or regulated services.
• 3+ years compliance or project/process management experience.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, review, and submit required Medicaid state reports in accordance with established requirements and timelines.
• Partner with business owners, market partners, and other stakeholders to obtain information and data needed for state reporting.
• Educate and support business owners and market partners on state reporting processes, requirements, and expectations.
• Review and validate reporting data for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
• Identify and elevate data gaps, reporting issues, or process concerns that may impact timely and accurate reporting.
• Support the implementation of new and amended state reporting requirements and guidance.
• Maintain reporting documentation and support process improvements to promote consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.
