Qualifications

• Experience in full RCM and Medicaid billing.
• End-to-end claims processing and denials handling.
• Proficiency with Medicaid portals and payer portals.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and billing compliance.
• Proficient in Excel for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process full Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Manage Medicaid billing cycle—from submission to reconciliation.
• Verify eligibility, authorizations, and service details before billing.
• Review service logs and reconcile with claim data.
• Monitor claim status and resolve billing issues.
• Maintain billing trackers, reconciliation sheets, and client records.
• Prepare billing and financial reports for U.S. healthcare clients.
• Assist with invoice tracking and payment reconciliation.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone on billing matters.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and compliance with state requirements.
