ValpakClipp is seeking a Media Sales Consultant to drive multi-channel campaigns combining direct mail with digital and e-commerce solutions for local businesses in Madison, WI. You’ll build relationships, manage a dynamic pipeline, and leverage data-driven strategies to deliver measurable results.

The role offers base pay with $15,000 guaranteed commissions in the first year, paid training, advanced tools, and uncapped earning potential as you grow your book of business.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to make high-volume outbound appointments (in person) via calls and email.
• Experience managing a large, active pipeline of prospects.
• Forward-thinking, tech-savvy individual in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years in sales and relationship building; media/direct mail background preferred.
• Driven to integrate traditional and digital marketing to deliver innovative solutions.
• Ability to design and present integrated direct mail + digital marketing solutions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
