Valpak is seeking a fully remote outside sales professional in the SF Bay Area to transform local businesses with integrated campaigns across direct mail, digital, and e-commerce channels. You will build and nurture relationships with SMBs and drive growth with data-driven strategies.

The role offers base compensation plus $15,000 guaranteed commissions in year one, with an estimated first-year income of $70,000–$75,000 and potential to exceed $100,000 as the book closes and business expands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales and relationship building, preferably with a background in media or direct mail.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for integrating traditional and digital marketing to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Innovative Campaigns: Design and execute integrated campaigns combining direct mail, digital, and e-commerce solutions to deliver results for local businesses.
• Data-Driven Strategies: Utilize data and analytics to design and implement marketing strategies that deliver results for clients.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses and grow the client base.
