Huzzle is seeking a results-driven Media Buyer with 3+ years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. You will own campaigns from setup to optimization, focusing on driving conversions and ROAS while scaling performance.

This role emphasizes an analytical mindset, a test-and-learn approach, and collaboration with creative teams. A background in marketing or advertising agencies is a plus, but not required.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on media buying or performance marketing.
• Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of paid media strategies and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and delivering measurable results.
• Proficient with analytics tools GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Develop paid media strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Monitor and improve metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximize profitability.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable performance insights.
• Stay updated with platform updates and industry best practices.
