Job summary

VSolvit is seeking a MAXIMO (MAS) Administrator to manage the IBM Maximo Application Suite within Azure cloud and OpenShift environments, including on-prem deployments. You will oversee performance, security, and continuity for a U.S. Navy client, coordinating with IT and stakeholders.

The role requires MAS 8/9 admin experience, database expertise in Oracle 19c and PostgreSQL, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and policies. Remote work is offered for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, technology, or related field.
• 2+ years MAS8/9 Admin, Maximo 7.x/EAM, OpenShift Administration.
• 2+ years’ experience with Oracle 19c databases.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain IBM Maximo MAS 9 in Azure/OpenShift.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Perform data imports/exports and configurations as required.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement solutions.
• Monitor performance, optimize configurations, and troubleshoot issues.
• Document configurations and changes per standards.
• Manage Oracle 19c and PostgreSQL databases for MAS.
