Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a Mathematical Physicist (PhD) to remotely review AI outputs across physics reasoning and research workflows. You will evaluate derivations, reproduce key results, and document correct methods to train the modeling team.

Responsibilities include reproducing derivations, flagging errors with structured tags, and adjudicating disputed answers using established textbooks and papers. This is a contractor, remote role with US eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level training in physics or closely related field for Mathematical Physicist (PhD) work.
• Experience publishing, teaching, or advising at a professional level.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning citing methods or papers.
• Reliable async availability for 10+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against physics methods and prior work for Mathematical Physicist tasks.
• Reproduce key derivations, calculations, or experimental claims for accuracy.
• Flag dimensional, methodological, and citation errors with severity tags.
• Capture corrected reasoning or worked examples for training data.
• Adjudicate disputed answers using textbooks or standard references.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores in calibration cycles.
